/ The product
Isn’t this just documentation?
Documentation is the by-product. The product is the loop: each interview improves the knowledge base, which reveals gaps and generates targeted follow-ups with the right employees. We measure success by whether a backup can complete an agreed task without the expert, not by pages generated.
What does “self-improving” actually mean?
Better-grounded knowledge, more targeted questions, clearer connections, and fewer unresolved dependencies. It does not mean treating generated text as truth or retraining a model on its own answers. New evidence and human validation close gaps.
Do we have to replace our existing wiki?
No. You can receive the knowledge inside the tools you already use. Source material is preserved separately from structured pages, and every important claim keeps its source, owner, review status, and verification date.
Does this automate our work?
Automation is a downstream opportunity, not an automatic consequence. You receive a prioritized backlog of repetitive tasks with documented inputs, rules, exceptions, systems, and approvals. Each is understood and validated before anyone assesses whether it can be automated safely and economically.
/ Your team’s time
How much time will interviews take?
You set the interview time budget up front. Follow-ups are scheduled within approved availability and limits. Related questions are batched and answered questions are never repeated.
Will our experts be interrupted constantly?
The loop is prioritized, not endless. Interruptions are limited, and unresolved disagreements are escalated to the responsible owner rather than bounced back to the expert.
How are interviews conducted?
By AI agents, as conversational voice or chat sessions about real work: concrete examples, decisions, exceptions, failure scenarios, and reasoning. Employees can attach documents, screenshots, or demonstrations.
/ The pilot
What does a pilot cover?
One team, roughly five experts, and five to ten critical processes. We first establish what backup employees can do with existing materials, run the interview loop, then repeat comparable handover tests.
How is it priced?
A fixed-scope paid engagement for the initial capture and validation, followed by recurring fees for new interviews, updates, gap resolution, and retesting. Human review and coordination are included in delivery.
Is this software or a service?
A managed service supported by software. We handle scoping, interview orchestration, knowledge structuring, review coordination, and ongoing maintenance.
Who is it for?
Operational or technical-services businesses facing a concrete handover, an upcoming departure, or excessive reliance on a few experts. The buyer is usually the owner, COO, or department leader responsible for continuity.
/ Trust and control
Who owns the knowledge?
You do. Access permissions are enforced, and you control review and deletion. Confidential information is never repurposed for unrelated uses.
Are employees recorded without knowing?
Never. Participation and recording are transparent to everyone involved.
What if two people describe a process differently?
Contradictory accounts are not silently resolved. They are flagged and escalated to the responsible owner. We also distinguish actual working practice from approved procedure.
Does documentation alone remove key-person risk?
No. A replacement may also need access, training, authority, or practical experience. That is why knowledge is tracked as captured → reviewed → transfer-tested → maintained, using supervised exercises where appropriate.
